A regional good practice in strict cooperation with public sector: COOSS Marche experience Ilir Qose, Luca Bordoni - COOSS Marche Split, 3 rd - 4 th July 2014

 COOSS Marche: 1 organisation, 3 different profiles;  job placement of vulnerable groups;  framework law for the implementation of the integrated system of interventions and social services: law 328/2000;  examples of private-public shared management of social services;  education and social inclusion projects for people in need. Methodology of intervention: 1. identification of operators and definition of their roles and duties ; 2. shared toolkit for insertion (job placement card, convention for the social-work inclusion, monthly-hours sheet, individual and global monitoring plan, etc.); 3. profile of people at risk (description of starting conditions, frailty elements, objective sharing between person who has in charge the person and COOSS operator); 4. welcome phase (personal interview); 5. professional orientation (skills assessments); A regional good practice in strict cooperation with public sector: COOSS Marche experience Adriatic Welfare Mix

Methodology of intervention: 6. tailored action plan definition (through a interview with the user); 7. mediation (matching between enterprises and user’s skills and needs); 8. tailored action plan implementation (job placement path, internal and external tutor assignment, monitoring, etc.). The strength point of this law is the involvement of public and private actors in social services provision. COOSS is authorised and accredited by Region Marche as service providers. Some services provided by COOSS:  Residential and daily facility for elderly, disabled, etc.;  Home support for elderly, disabled, minors, migrants, etc.;  Youth centers, kindergarten, labour inclusion, street units, etc. ; A regional good practice in strict cooperation with public sector: COOSS Marche experience Adriatic Welfare Mix
