Conclusions Russia pledged Rubles 30 billion to fight AIDS for (a ten times increase since ); Russian constituents developed effective tools for HIV/AIDS workplace education; The workplace has a unique potential to reduce employment related discrimination of people living with HIV; Social dialogue is an effective mechanism to engage workers, employers and the government into the development of a multisectoral response to the epidemic.
