2 What is C3E? The international initiative was launched at the first Clean Energy Ministerial in 2010 with the goal of advancing women in clean energy. Current partner governments include: Australia Japan Mexico Norway South Africa United Arab Emirates United Kingdom United States South African Energy Minister Dipuo Peters with US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz at the 2012 C3E Symposium
