2 What is C3E? The international initiative was launched at the first Clean Energy Ministerial in 2010 with the goal of advancing women in clean energy. Current partner governments include:  Australia  Japan  Mexico  Norway  South Africa  United Arab Emirates  United Kingdom  United States South African Energy Minister Dipuo Peters with US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz at the 2012 C3E Symposium
