Market Size Clearly identify your customers How big is the total market (across different market segments) for your product? Is it growing? Be specific and quantitative. What will be your market entry segment? Why?
The Product Clear describe your product or solution How does it solve the problem Why is your product /idea unique? What is your solution’s value proposition? –Customer benefits versus their cost –Is this a have to have product? ( Aspirin versus vitamins)
Business Model How would you sell your product? –Price / revenue model –Distribution channel / marketing Projected income statement for next five years When you would go cash flow positive?
Management Team Your organization structure Brief bio of the management team –Highlight their strengths (relevant work experience) –How do they fit in your business?
Funding requirements and investor returns How much money are you looking for from investors? Use of the proceeds What kind of returns investors should expect? –State internal rates of return (IRR) or ROI number
