Don’t eat... Fast food Pastry Snacks Too much sugar, salt, flour

SCHOOL FOOD In most of the Turkish schools, there aren’t any dining halls. There should be fresh food at school cafeterias. There should be cheaper and healthier food.

Drink water, vegetable juice, milk and tea. Drink about 2 liters of water every day. Avoid fizzy drinks, alcohol, coffee, etc.

WHAT CAN TURKEY DO? Lower the price of healthy food. Increase the taxes on alcohol, sugary food and junk food. Support companies which sell healthy food. Snacks shouldn’t be placed near the checkout counters.

BODY AND EXERCISE

AT SCHOOL There should be... sports tournaments. more PE lessons. longer breaks and lunch time.
