DISHWASHER AM SHIFT Hairnet, apron, wash hands, put on gloves Greet Mentors by Name (Justin, Tyler, Mike, Eric) Make sure silverware tub is filled with hot water and one pump of soaking solution Bus Dining area, unload dishes, return cart or tub Bus Atrium, unload dishes, return cart or tub Wash Dishes, trays, serving items Check clean end and catch if no one is there to do it. Change gloves before stacking clean dishes and trays MONDAYS – Empty bus tubs that hold the utensils and run through dishwasher Extra Jobs –If there are only pots and pans left- Ask Mentor for prep work if there are not many dishes. Clean stainless steel with paper towel and stainless steel spray cleaner. Stock clean dishes in front of house. Sweep and wash floors. Shift ends at 9:55. Wash hands, say goodbye to mentors. Meet at Lockers

Custodial Dining Pilla Garbage Needed supplies: Gloves Get gray garbage can on wheels from custodial closet * Make sure it is stocked with clear plastic bags (on bottom to absorb liquid, plus on roll on side, black bags, blue spray and 1 cloth) 5 Garbage cans (2 in wooden dining area, 2 at counter area, 1 in lower carpeted area) Start with carpeted area (Microwave first for sanitary purposes) Remove and tie the black bags, check for clear bags at the bottom of each can, replace with a clean bag, spray and wipe top of can and/or counters. Move to wooded floor and follow same procedure Tray Carts Supplies: gloves, bucket, multi-quat, stainless steel spray, 2 bus boys Mix 2 cups of red multi-quat cleaner into bucket, fill with hot water to line 3 Find an empty tray cart Move trays to bottom (START AT TOP AND WORK TO BOTTOM) Wipe with solution in bucket (inside, then outside) Spray with stainless steel cleaner in same protocol

Dining Rooms Need: Bucket, bus boys, gloves, broom/dustpan and vacuum Begin at back left, work towards right (back row)Rinse measuring cup with water (top arrow) Fill measuring cup to line with red Multi-quat and pour in bucket add hot water to line 3 Put on gloves and get 1 bus boy, 1 broom, 1 dustpan Begin in dining room with wood floor Begin at back left, work towards right (back row) (Avoid any tables where any students are seated) Bucket on Floor/Squeeze out all water in busboy Pull out chairs Wipe outside edges, wipe inside (top to bottom) Wipe chairs-Front, back, seat, arms….Push chair in Move tables and chairs when necessary (ask a co-worker to lift tables)
