14 Research report 1 st years research in a paper format! Look at papers and follow the writing style Abstract (250 words), Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, References, Figures with Legends Use Endnote for references and use a numbered style. Hand your library in! Not to exceed 4000 words (Std paper length)

15 Research report Encourage to format in a published paper style rather than just standard pages 10 point Arial font 2 columns Design figures to fit either 1 or 2 columns Check figure once shrunk to fit for readable font size and figure impact. Don’t forget the figure legend!

16 Research report - Submission 7 th April pm. Every day late you lose 5% of your final Mark. 2 Printed copies and 1 Electronic copy to Jodie Burnham (L116). You must your Endnote reference Library to Jodie
