My experience of the MBA years Modular- 1/52on-site every 2-3months Each module is followed by an essay of ~5000 words Dissertation

My experience of the MBA Health Policy and Strategy: This module aims to provide a synthesis of policy and management objectives, process of policy formulation, implementation and review. Health Economics and Management: Analytical concepts and methodologies of health economics, in order to increase their capabilities in applying these to the planning and management of health services. Management of Human Resources: Understanding of, and ability to manage, the human aspects of the health care business. (such as workforce planning, performance management).

My experience of the MBA Accounting and Financial Management: nature and analysis of budgets, costs, and activities, and an understanding of resource management and financial information systems in the health sector Operations Management: design, planning, operation and control of hospitals and community health services Research Methods for Managers, Clinicians and Policy- Makers

My experience of the MBA Does need commitment Time Money Don’t need an MBA to learn about NHS and its management…….resources are freely available…..Do need Self-Discipline
