 All paperwork is available online on the Alderwood website or in the AMS office  Get a physical-Physicals are good for 2 years  Only one “F” Grade is allowed but student needs to sign a contract to bring up grade during the season.  If the “F” grades are from previous semester the player will be on probation the first 3 weeks of the season  8 th Graders are eligible based on their final 2 nd Semester grade in 7 th Grade  Periodic grade checks throughout the season  All AMS fines paid  Proof of insurance listed on paperwork  Pay to Play - ($65) per sport & ASB Card ($8)  Practice is five days a week from 2:40 to 4:30 ◦ A practice bus can give your child a ride home at 4:30

 All paperwork must be completed by noon on Aug. 31 st in order to participate in the first practice  The physical must be completed before practice starts  Students are still eligible to practice/play if their paperwork is turned in late, but can’t practice until everything is in  Number of practices completed before eligible to play: Football – 12, XCountry – 10, Fastpitch - 10
