Short Crop Principles  Planting from Feb. through June in cm pots.  Sub irrigation preferred for diseases control.  Spacing and good air circulation for healthy crop.  Pinching should be done at young plants stage only. If pinched at a later stage the plants might loose induced shoots and show less or no flowers.  Timing: From planting well established plug to 1 st flower: 8 weeks in March – April 6 weeks in June plantings. Traditional Crop Principles  Applicable to all varieties.  Planting in late Summer – early Autumn.  Establish the root ball under warm conditions.  Over winter in a frost free house, keeping the plants on the dry side.  Increase watering and feeding gradually as the days elongate and temp. rises in Spring.  Sell the flowering plants in late Spring – early Summer.
