Last year, NA62 asked for an exceptional MOF contribution (463 kCHF ). This extra money has enabled us to complete and install the baseline detector in good conditions 18/11/ F. HahnNA62 - FRC 4th Meeting3 Thanks Cost to Completion

Budget Request for /11/ F. HahnNA62 - FRC 4th Meeting 14 for approval Note: 500kCHF  100%

Assumptions: – No re-submission of TDCpix – use 6 detectors per year – cost 115kCHF/y (without contingency) Sharing: INFN/CERN/UCL ≡ 45%/45%/10% Fabrication of detectors must be grouped to organize the process efficiently. 18/11/ F. HahnNA62 - FRC 4th Meeting15 GTK Detector Cost Ask for an additional Team account to separate sub-detector expenses from MOF

The MOF covers the common Operation and maintenance cost as specified in the MoU. The sub-system maintenance cost are generally low, but a small percentage of capital investment (≈ 2%) should be foreseen to maintain optimal performance of the detectors. 18/11/ F. HahnNA62 - FRC 4th Meeting16 Sub-System Specific Maintenance
