State Implementation of RTI for LD 86% Return Rate Statewide training efforts are underway in 90% of the states primarily emphasizing an overview of RTI, progress monitoring and the use of data- driven decision-making. Over one-third of the states indicated that they plan to use RTI, in part, as a replacement or supplement to the learning disability discrepancy model. Most states indicated that they are or plan to use a combined problem solving- standard treatment protocol model for making multi-tiered RTI decisions.

State Implementation of PBIS 49 states plus Washington DC have some relationship with Center for PBIS ( Many improvement activities related to making sure that PBS was well implemented and well understood (Part B SPP/APR Indicator Analyses 8/01/07) Providing TA/training/professional development listed by 47 states including, but not limited to, PBIS and RTI to reduce suspensions and expulsions ( Part B SPP/APR 2008 Indicator Analyses)
