The Preamble l You can think of the preamble as a hello to the Constitution.It is also a list of principals of the [at that time new]country.

The 7 Articles The 7 Articles l Most if not all of the articles were made so no branch of government would overrule one another.The articles were ratified by 12 states such as Virginia,Georgia,and Maryland.The 7 articles are after the Preamble.
