Interview Discussed Injuries  Torn right erector spinae plus a slight disc bulging at L4/5  Went to physiotherapy for 4 weeks  dislocated his A/C joint and tore surrounding soft tissue  Takes NSAIDS, and muscle relaxants for pain Medical  120/90  LDL/HDL levels of 6  Low order chest pain -  angiogram And Family History  History of intestinal, prostate cancer  Coronary heart disease  Osteoarthritis  alcoholism
