How do I Register? Visit and click “Register” Fill out the application with your personal information. (Pharmacists must choose “Practitioner” as their user job and provide their professional license number, but leave the DEA space blank. Physicians must provide both their license and DEA numbers. Pharmacies wishing to register their facility to upload data must contact the INSPECT staff or 317- Provide your secure, personal address. (It is against our security policy to send a user’s confidential login information to an office or third-party address.) Applications take 1-2 days to process, you will receive your username and password at the address you provide.
How Do I Request a Report? Login to the WebCenter with your username and password Open the “Requests” menu on the left Click “Submit”
Fill out the form with the patient’s information, and check the authorization checkbox at the bottom of the page. Choose whether you’d like the report in Excel or.PDF (default is Excel) Click Submit at the bottom of the report
To view the report, click “View” under the “Requests” menu. Click the name of the patient who’s records you wish to view. When the new page opens up, click on the attachment that says Patient RX History Report to open the report. Most reports are immediately available for viewing. The INSPECT report cannot be copied, faxed, mailed, ed or transmitted in anyway. The report should be shredded after use if it is printed.
