Weak Decays of Charmed Baryons at BaBar and Belle Outline:  c +  c +  c 0  c 0 Questions to discuss, Summary and List to do Ruslan Chistov (ITEP, Moscow) All existing papers were processed and the text is written (not in SVN format, but will appear in HN soon)

 c + (3 papers in total) Observation of Cabibbo-suppressed and W-exchange  c + baryon decays, PLB 524, 33 (2002) (Belle) Measurement of  c+ Branching Fractions of Cabibbo- Suppressed Decay Modes Involving  and  0, PRD 75 (2007), (BaBar) A Precision Measurement of the  c+ Baryon Mass (BaBar), PRD 72 (2005),

 c +,0 (2 papers in total) Measurement of masses and branching ratios of  c0 and  c+, Phys.Lett.B605: ,2005, Erratum-ibid.B617: ,2005 (Belle) Production and Decay of  c0 at BaBar, PRL 95 (2005),  c 0 (2 papers in total) Production and Decay of  c0, PRL 99 (2007), (BaBar) Study of  c0 and  c*0 Baryons at Belle, PLB 672, 1 (2009)

Questions to discuss and solve (1) Interplay with baryonic B-decays: e.g. in two papers ( BaBar Coll.) the  c 0  -K+/  -  + and  c 0  -  + weak decays were studied and at once measured their production spectrum at the whole available momentum interval (i.e. from e+e- continuum & B-decays). So, in what chapter it will be described? Or describe in both chapters and just make cross-referencing? I propose 2nd choice as it is now in the existing text on charm baryon weak decays. (2) Should we describe the technique of secondary vertex reconstruction for ,  - and  - ? I think yes, it will be useful from pedagogical point of view.

Summary of Charmed Baryon Weak Decays sub-chapter BaBar (4 papers) and Belle (3 papers) produced new results on Charmed Baryons Weak Decays and Mass Measurements; First draft of Charm Baryons Weak Decays sub- chapter is written, sent to Matthew; will be committed to SLAC HN soon. List to do: -add more pedagogical and theoretical explanations on physics of charm baryons; -add description of reconstruction technique for long- lived hyperons (secondary vertex reconstruction); -solve the questions of interplay with baryonic B-decays
