HOW TO REGISTER ON THE SAUDI DIGITAL LIBRARY AND THE PNU DATABASE A Quick Guide for Students Prepared by Ms. Mashael Aleidi

The first thing you need is an active PNU address. For example, Every student has a PNU address, it is simply your university ID number. If you have already activated your PNU account, skip the activation steps. If you haven’t activated your PNU yet, follow these next steps:

First, go to our homepage:

Enter your national ID number and your university ID number

When your new account has been activated (it may take a day or two) go back to the homepage and click on the Academic Digital Library

You’ll see the login page, click on register

Enter your activated PNU . Only active PNU s work here! Then enter a password and a display name.

Now wait until you receive a confirmation from PNU, it may take up to two days.

How to register with SDL: go to then click on registerwww.sdl.edu.sa

Choose public universities

Select PNU from the dropdown list and click next

Enter your information

You will then see this confirmation message:
