 The use of plastic cards as a means of payment is firmly embedded in the economic turnover of organizations and individual entrepreneurs, and individuals. Non-cash payments can more quickly make payments. However, the growth of cashless payments using bank cards constrain factors such as the lack of a clear legal framework that would allow a uniquely safe to use this form of calculation in practice, and the prevailing view that the relationship with the bank require a lot of paper and time.
