Stonehenge apartment has been founded in 1999 next to Kemah, down by the Space Center. This complex is comprised of 45 units of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Currently the advertising is done through walk-in customers The staff does all record keeping by hand, on paper.

Easier access to apartment availability and features information for potential tenants. More streamlined application process. Easier access to tenant information and history by employees. Maintenance request tracking. Better tracking of revenues and expenses.

Web-based portal for present and potential tenants. On-line rent payment Maintenance request and tracking Apartment information Web-based administration site for employees. Enter revenue and expenses Change apartment information and amenities Add/change tenant information Database for storage of apartment, tenant, and accounting records.

Reduce administrative overhead while providing more accurate; more easily accessible record keeping. Improved customer satisfaction through: Easier application process Better access to information Quicker response to issues Create a on-line presence to increase advertising effectiveness.

Must familiarize employees with the new system. System must accommodate multiple apartment complexes. Customer has limited budget to develop the new system.
