 Brainstorm with your class: What are some ways to stay safe at school? Ways to Stay Safe

 Walk at ALL times.  Walk in a straight line.  Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.  Go directly to destination.  Travel outside the yellow line to avoid doors.  Stay quiet to hear directions.

 Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.  Raise your hand if you need help and wait for a monitor.  Use an inside voice.  Keep your area clean.  Walk at ALL times.  Follow directions the first time they are given.

 Close doors carefully and quietly.  Use an inside voice.  Walk to and from restroom in a timely manner.  Report any messes or issues to an adult.

 Walk at ALL times in the classroom.  Keep your area clean.  Clean up the sink/ bathroom area after use.  Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.  Follow all other classroom rules.

 Do not jump off of swings, slides, or other playground equipment.  Do not climb up the slide backwards.  Keep your hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.  Do not climb on top of any playground equipment.  Follow all posted playground rules.
