Today’s Meeting Goals/Definition of Success Develop a common understanding of the priority areas of work and what each “contains” Frame some initial ideas around strategies within each priority area

Selected Feedback Plus – Small group discussion and work Delta – “…it appears as if we are writing and rewriting values and priorities a bit in isolation without looping back to the larger context.” – “We are hesitant to discuss tough issues.”
