PowerPoint Template Options We are pleased to introduce a new PowerPoint template for use across Ryder. Consistent with our new, innovative brand standards for the ‘look and feel’ of Ryder sales and marketing collateral, the new templates will be available for use in all internal and external presentations. Key features of the new template include: Added white space for better readability Ample room for graphics and content Images of people to engage customers with the ‘face of Ryder’ Enhanced, updated images and graphics of our operations and capabilities Aligned with our business units, there are three versions of the template: Corporate – featuring Ryder imagery. This version will be installed as the default template on all employees’ computers. Fleet Management – featuring FMS imagery such as trucks, roadways and vehicle maintenance. Supply Chain – featuring SCS imagery such as warehouses, network design, packaging and industry specific images for Auto, Retail, CPG and HiTech.

New Fonts & Colors In all of our communications, color has a purpose. Color creates an instantly recognizable look and feel for the Ryder brand, and, it reinforces that look every time we communicate with a customer, partner or supplier. We have carefully chosen a color palette that communicates a contemporary, clean and modern feel. While the “Ryder Red” is the dominant color, communications can be accented with the other palette colors as well as gray. These templates include the Ryder color pallet, so whenever you create a chart, or graph, the secondary colors are used.

Section & Slide Options Many options are available for sections and layout formats.

How to access various slide layouts Right click on your slide to access a shortcut menu, then select layout. Choose from the various title, section and standard slides.

Picture Library If the standard formats do not meet your needs, you can choose from a variety of pictures in the picture library. It is available on the brand centre, and offers a variety of pictures for you to paste and copy into your presentation.
