Materials A printer A computer Paper

Steps 1.Turn the printer on. 2.Open the file that you want to print. 3.Click “File”. And then click “print”. 4.Check if the printer’s name is the same as the one you are going to use. If it is not the same, then search for the name of the printer that you are going to use by clicking on the small triangle or arrow beside it. 5. Click “pages” and then type the pages that you want to print. 6.Select the number of copies that you want to print by clicking on the arrows beside it. 7.Click “OK” or “Print”.
