Grants Grant requirements change and that requires redirecting of programs. Must be flexible with expectations of the program. Childhood Lead Immunization Maternal Child Health Prevention Radon

Fee for Services Charge individual or business Environmental Health program is entirely fee based Billing Medicare or Medicaid Working on billing for private insurances with changes in programs (ex: Immunization)
