FNE networking events enable the participating universities to share experiences on an equal footing, undergo training, present their best practices, and exchange successful techniques and solutions. FNE provides an independent networking venue, facilitates the dialogue between the universities, regional governments, and businesses, and engages representatives of the RF MES, RF MED, RVC, and development institutes in discussions of the most relevant innovation development issues. FNE ensures the ongoing collaboration between the universities, regional governments, and businesses and promotes the universities on the Russian and international innovation markets.
