March 2006 Based on Open Journal Systems since summer 2005 the service is offered to journals that has an association with CBS we encourage open access but it is not a requirement we offer support, web server hosting, and initial set- up and education of staff at no cost the goal is to make the journals self-sufficient it is a win-win situation
