Color Wheel vs. Color Spectrum A Color wheel is the spectrum of colors curved into a circle. The Color Spectrum is the range of visible colors when white light is filtered through a prism.
Paint Terms Pigment- Binder- Solvent- Finely ground, colored powders that form paint when mixed with binders. Material that holds pigment in a form that can be spread over some surface. The liquid that controls the thickness or the thinness of the paint.
