Contracts Team Provides additional resources and expertise to OSP Supports OSP in the timely and effective handling of contractual awards and other agreements The is no change to the OSP departmental contacts/assignments! Please continue to use the OSP web site to determine your contact at OSP The contracts team is operating as internal OSP resource for these individuals

Contracts Team Research agreements and other sponsored programs have become increasingly more complicated Team will help address items such as: ◦ Complexity ◦ Difficult clauses ◦ Disputes ◦ Pre-award considerations ◦ Intra-institutional relationships ◦ Standardization of acceptable UW terms ◦ Provide training and resources

Adding additional staff 2 Compliance Analysts / Administrators 1 Subaward Administrator 2 Full-time UW temps to assist with Ariba implementation (approx 3-6 months/supported by Finance)

Staffing & FTE analysis underway Developing detailed staff & FTE analysis Along with review of scope of services In CY target to provide detailed report on resource needs for current scope of services
