 Since the launch of the website in January:  visits (5% mobile)  page views, 4.72 pages per session, 6:22 average session duration  107 countries  Currently averaging around visits per month. WP 8 – Outreach and Training Blue Lobster Website Statistics

 Twitter: 541 followers (over 75% involved in marine / environmental science, research or in education.  Facebook: 48 likes….not so popular!  The community is not vast but we must aim for maximum outreach.  The use of Social media for Science Communication is increasing quite significantly.  More work needed on social outreach, news to promote etc. WP 8 – Outreach and Training Blue Lobster Social Media Statistics

 FixO3 Visual Data Products / Tools on FixO3 project website  Currently available for 11 observatories  Following this meeting data owners will be contacted to check their data before being made public.  Still have some changes to make but now looking for some feedback.  Would like more data!  A variety of plot types for different types of data.  Plots are interactive and allow the user to zoom to a finer resolution.  Plots can be opened in a separate window to allow them to be expanded in size.  Ability to download images in PNG and SVG format.  Ability to download data used in plots (finest resolution daily averaged data – no raw data).  Display metadata (from the NetCDF file or ability to add manually or links to other resources).  Plenty of room for text and links to source data is available.  Viewing plots is public but to download a plot or data, site registration is required.  When selecting download, a question form asks for what the products will be used for and can provide an appropriate citation – this is not mandatory.  All views of plots are recorded and all downloads are recorded - Date, time, user ID (if logged in), dataset and parameter.  Plots can be added to other websites.
