My Question How are the minerals in Gatorade beneficial to your health?

Minerals in Gatorade Halite Gypsum Sulfur Anhydrite Sylvite Sodium Citrate

Halite Halite is the mineral form of Sodium Chloride (Table Salt) It is one of the many minerals in Gatorade It is known commonly as the salt they use on roads

Gypsum Gypsum is another Mineral in Gatorade It’s is one of the many other minerals in Gatorade

Sulfur Surprisingly the same mineral they use to make gunpowder is in Gatorade

Sylvite Sylvite is also in Gatorade

Anhydrite Also known as anhydrous calcium sulfate

Conclusion My Goal was to find out how Gatorade is beneficial to your health and I have found out the answer (next slide)

The Answer The combination of the minerals in Gatorade help replenish electrolytes and reduce muscle cramps
