1891 Thomas Edison invented the first camera that recorded video.

1895 The first special effect was made.

1895 The first projector was made.

1897 The first television camera versions of the cathode ray tube was invented.

1923 Disney Brothers Cartoon was invented.

1930 RCA conducts black and white broadcasting experiments.

1936 First television broadcast made was available in London.

1928 The proposal of color TV broadcast was invented by George Valens.
