EWB promotes human development through access to technology by: Partnering with developing communities to help build the capacity of their technical sector

Overseas Why? –Technology when properly incorporated into the social, cultural, political and economic context can drive change. –It is part of the solution Approach –We work alongside other organizations overseas –We work in access to technology not technology delivery Opportunities: –Junior Fellowship in Int’l Development 2 from U of A chapter/year (applications open in October) 4 months overseas, 18 month commitment –Long Term Placement For university graduates 1 – 3 year placements
