 IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP SELF CONTROL WHEN ANGRY.  WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP ALLEVIATE OR LESSEN YOUR ANGER? DISCUSS WITH PARTNER  EXERCISE  LAUGH  TALK TO SOMEONE  PLAY VIDEO GAMES  READ  DRAW  LISTEN TO MUSIC  DO SOMETHING THAT TAKES YOUR MIND OFF OF IT.
