Personal Writing Who (not what) do you want to be?

Who do you want to be? Since kindergarten adults have asked you, “what do you want to be when you grow up?” Rarely, however, do they ask you who do you want to be when you grow up.

Your Task Think about one adult in your real life that you would (or would not) want to emulate ( a fancy word for be like). What traits do they possess? How do others feel about them? Why do you want to be (or not be) like them? Write three amazing paragraphs describing who you want to be and why you are modeling your future self after that adult (or doing the opposite).
