From here you can check several items in regards to your cases.
What happens when an employee (or case) gets flagged by E-Verify
This case has not been authorized
This case has been flagged as containing potentially incorrect information
Based on the information provided, this employee cannot be confirmed
E-Verify lets you submit an employee’s photo through the site or by regular mail
Confirm delivery of the non-confirmation notification to employee
