14 % OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS HAVE SMOKED A WHOLE CIGARETTE BEFORE AGE 13

ALL 50 STATES HAVE LAWS MAKING IT ILLEGAL TO SELL CIGARETTES TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 …
