Key Insights: It is possible to keep L&D staff learning in-house It taps into Gen Y preferences It is flexible and increases autonomy of participant Can ensure compliance annually after participants have attended one day classroom- based sessions It is something new; keeping up to date with new trends; new ways to engage learners Allows sharing of knowledge and expertise (learn from each other as much as learning from a facilitator) General Advantages: Cost effectiveness Good for a geographically disperse audience – extends the L&D reach.
