2. Define a Change Project: Focus on: – One aim – One level of care – One location – One population Build excitement

3. Appoint and empower a Change Leader Change Leader is closely connected to CEO Overcomes challenges, celebrates successes

4. Appoint a Change Team Treat being on the Change Team as an honor Select people who are invested and flexible about change Be clear about what they’re expected to do Have CEO send formal invitations Have fun!
