Campus Curricula Committee Report 17 September 2015 Informational Only l Prerequisites Enforcement Policy From the December 15th Meeting: »Post enrollment registration check (PERC): Joe’SS check of prereq fulfillment will flag students without prereq - Shortly after grades are posted from the previous semester, to flag students who did not successfully resolve in-progress prerequisites. notifications will be sent to students who are flagged. - A few days before the Prerequisite Enforcement Drop Date (which is one week before the first day of classes). notification to students after this PERC will give a few days of warning to students of the impending drop action. - On the Prerequisite Enforcement Drop Date (one week before the first day of classes). - One week after the first day of classes. Notification of PERC flagged students will be sent to instructors. Instructors may choose what action to take, if any. »Math placement exams are currently being granted exam credit for algebra and/or trigonometry. These exam credits will be accepted as prerequisites.
