11 Going Above & Beyond in Above Ground Storage Tank Equipment Solutions

2 Going Above & Beyond in AST Solutions The Only CARB-Certified AST Phase I EVR System in the Industry The standards required by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) are among the most stringent in the world. Now – All OPW AST Products come standard with CARB AST-EVR Certification

3 301 Emergency Vent Valve 331/332 AST Spill Container 61fstop Overfill Prevention Valve 200TG Mechanical Tank Gauge 144TA and 444TA AST Tank Alarms 1711T /1711LPC Vapor Recovery Cap 21BV Full Port Two-Way Ball Valve 199ASV Anti-Siphon Valve 821 Solenoid Valve 211-RMOT Remote-Fill Above Ground Storage Tank Spill Container 61VSA Rotatable Swivel Adaptor 1611/1612 Kamvalok Poppeted Adaptor CARB-Certified OPW AST Phase I EVR products ensure that you are provided unmatched environmental protection, durability and longer-life performance Going Above & Beyond in a Class By Themselves

4 301 Emergency Vent Valve Weighted, mushroom-style emergency vent When AST pressure builds, weighted cast iron lid is forced up off seat to relieve pressure. When pressure is relieved, the lid lowers and is automatically reset. Unique seal design and stainless steel plate facilitates zero emissions Available in 3", 4", 6" and 8" openings with female NPT, male NPT or flanged connections (8" and 10") to allow for easy installation in new or existing above ground tanks

5 61ƒSTOP Overfill Prevention Valve with 1611/1612 Kamvalok Poppeted Adaptor The OPW 61fSTOP is designed to prevent overfilling of ASTs by providing a positive shut-off during a pressurized-fill (pump-on fill) delivery Incorporating the 1611/1612 Kamvalok Poppeted adaptor into the 61fSTOP prevents emissions into the atmosphere Available for both direct-fill and remote-fill applications Time/DateSample 1Sample 2 Aug 1870 Deg F Start min min2.08 Aug Deg F Start min min2.09 Aug 190 Deg F Start min min2.12 Aug 18Went into Soak Aug 25Came out of Soak Sept 9160 Deg F Start min min min min min2.42 Sept 90 Deg F Start min min2.42 Pressure Decay Test Results * Unit of measurement of pressure decay test results is in WC

6 331 and 332 AST Direct-Fill Spill Container Catches spillage to help prevent soil contamination and groundwater pollution Special drain valve and one-piece casting base enables compliance with new CARB AST EVR standards Easy Installation – 4" and 6" NPT threaded base screws directly to the tank riser pipe Capacity: 7-gallon OPW vs. Competitor Valve Initial Pressure (ln wc) Pressure after 5 minutes (ln wc) OPW2.2 OPW-2.0 Competitor Competitor TIME Sample 1 Sample 2 Sample 3 Sample 4 Sample 5 Sample 6 Sample 7 Sample 8 Day 170 Deg F Start min min Day 2100 Deg F Start min min Day 20 Deg F Start min min Day 3160 Deg F Start min min min min min * Unit of measurement of pressure decay test results is in WC

7 211-RMOT Remote-Fill Spill Container Designed to prevent spilled product from entering soil near remote, horizontal-fill and vapor return connections on an above ground storage tank during normal tank filling operation Slips on the remote-fill and vapor return piping connected to an above ground tank

8 61VSA Rotatable Swivel Adaptor and 1711T-1711LPC Caps These adaptors and caps are installed on the vapor recovery riser pipe from an underground gasoline storage tank 61VSA Rotatable Swivel Adaptor – Mates with the vapor recovery elbow on the delivery transport truck when recovery of gasoline vapors is required – Features a top section that rotates with hose movement while the bottom section remains securely sealed to the 4 inch tank riser. 1711T & 1711LPC Caps – Feature enhanced ribbed seals and increased sealing forces to provided a bubble tight seal

9 200TG Mechanical Tank Gauge Designed for reading liquid levels in horizontal or vertical above ground storage tanks with angled face for easy reading Provides accurate numerical counter readout, eliminating the need for any on-site manual gauging Vapor Tight – Allows for standard tank pressure testing, sealing up to 25-psig (1.72 bar) Available for tanks up to 40 feet English or Metric unit readouts

10 144TA & 444TA AST Four Signal Tank Alarm Designed to sense up to four different liquid levels or other signals using just one device Audible Alarm – Sounds a 90-decibel alarm at 4 feet away Visual Notifications – Red alarm light will flash during use for notification to the user Intrinsically Safe – Complies with ANSI/UL 913 for Class 1, Division 1 & 2 for Groups C & D hazardous locations May be assembled remotely - up to 1,000 feet (304.8 meter) or directly on top of tank Up to four alarm signals – for high or low liquid level sensing, interstitial monitoring, and/or other signals in one to four separate tanks 444TA 144TA

11 199ASV Anti-Siphon Valve/21BV Ball Valve/821 Solenoid Valve Designed to help prevent siphoning of an above ground storage tank, should a leak or break occur in the fuel supply line Installs on the top of an aboveground storage tank with a suction rod on the inlet and the fuel supply line (to a remote pump) on the outlet of the valve Available in female NPT threads with four different factory-adjusted hydrostatic head pressure settings Used throughout fueling systems where a shut-off point is desirable to isolate a section of the piping system Compatible with gasoline, alcohol fuels, diesel and MTBE Designed to prevent accidental siphoning of above ground storage tanks if a leak or break occurs in the fuel supply line A two-way, normally closed diaphragm valve that opens when energized to allow fuel to flow to the pump or dispenser Available in female NPT threads 199ASV Anti-Siphon Valve 21BV Full Port Two-Way Ball Valve 821 Solenoid Valve
