Roller coasters are great. They are perfect for thrill seekers of all ages, they range in size and speed but all can be just as fun. There is no other feeling like flying and doing loop-de-loops at very high speeds.

The History of the Roller Coaster The rail roller coaster was first built in 1817 in France. The first American rollercoaster was made in It was an old railroad track that ran down the side of a hill. The first under friction rollercoaster was made in 1912 by John Miller. These wheels kept the car on the tracks no matter what and keeps the car from rolling backwards.
