Fortitude Sports Management & Agency will be a General Partnership. Advantages of choosing a General Partnership? - Everyone entitled to their own specific job responsibilities. - Usually succeed when each general managers bring their own strength to the business. - Very simple structure. -Easier to form and requires very little paper work. - Every partners have financial duties to one another so everyone works equally.

Recruiting Young athletes from High School (14-18 years old). Our goal is to help them find a good college so that their development reach full capabilities. We also recruit directly in college. Management Athletes in college from the age of 18 to 23 years old and Professional athletes already under contract so that our there is a better profit chance for the business

Fortitude Sports Management and Agency is a loyal firm that is dedicated and committed to their athletes evolving from High School level to Professional level on their journey to success. Our close family atmosphere will create trust worthy relations between athletes and ourselves. Therefore, we can provide them with the best managerial and financial counsel.

Short Term Goals Manage between four and six athletes. Make a profit. Hope to have half of our athletes signed on contract with a Professional team. Long Term Goals Hope to get 80% of our athletes signed to Professional teams. Open three company buildings so that each managers can manage one.
