Reconciliation Reminders Year-end processing coming up. Be sure to run and save appropriate reports. Reconciliation is on a student-by- student basis, not just dollars paid minus dollars disbursed. After reconciliation, send in your payment reductions and cancellations via MAP as soon as possible.
