Submission Web-Sites From the IRPS web-site – Submission web-site (InControl) – Review the dates on the next slide to ensure your material is submitted to the symposium in a timely manner. Follow the instructions on the remaining slides to upload your manuscript and platform presentation. 2

Login to the InControl Web-Site Login to your account here Conference ID = “IRPS13”

Upload Presentation File Click the “Upload Presentation” link

Upload Presentation File Browse your PC for the presentation file, and upload to the InControl web-site. Upload PowerPoint slides only. Platform Presentation file name must be in the form: SessionID-PaperNumber_LastName (e.g. 5Cp1-Smith) Check with your Session Chair if you have questions

Recording Authorization Recording authorization pop-up will appear. By default, IRPS platform presentations are recorded. Click “OK”. If you do not wish your material to be recorded, contact Phyllis Mahoney at the address shown in the pop-up.

Presentation file details are shown File details Click “Continue” to complete the file upload process

Paper and Presentation Status is Shown If revisions are required for your presentation file, click “Revise File”. Multiple files are allowed with different names. Revisions to the paper manuscript will not be available at this time. If multiple revisions of your presentation file appear, delete obsolete versions prior to the symposium
