In Master Setup Adding a New User Start in Master Setup What is in a Role? Programs you want the role to access Permissions within a program Assigning a Role to a New User Add Role per Data Area
WinTen2+ Groups Go to Groups in WinTen2+ Find the group you want to add them to and review the permissions If there is a new group, add the new group and select the permissions for the new group Assigning the New User to the Group Highlight the Group and check the User
Calendar Authorizations for New Employees Whose Calendar Does the New Employee Need Access To? Who Needs Access to the New Employee’s Calendar? View/Editing Calendars are based on Permissions Are they an Inspector?
Go to Employees Click Plus to add a new Employee Search the list of users and select Go to Employee Duties Add the Employee to any Duty they should have
