 Customer Advisory Group  VITA to establish Directorate level Customer Advisory Groups  Groups will consist of appropriate agency executive leadership representation.  Groups will work in a collaborativemanner, to advise on day to day operational issues and the development and implementation of Commonwealth initiatives.
