A CSCMP Diversity Imitative created by CSCMP, the Young Professionals Committee, and The Fresh Connection by Inchainge. The Vision Have each Roundtable participate in the Roundtable Global Challenge Local Challenge: October 15- December 30, 2015 Select Global Team: January 2016 Global Challenge: February, March, April 2016 Final Challenge: June 17, 2016 Select a Young Professional to manage local challenge Unlimited local teams made up of four (4) participants, consisting of at least: One Young Professional One Middle Management One Senior Executive Roundtable enters top scoring team into the Roundtable Global Challenge Top three teams will compete in a winner-takes-all competition at the 2016 Roundtable Leadership Forum June 17, 2016 Each member of the winning team receives an all expense paid trip to the 2016 Annual Conference and will be recognized on-stage. How to Participate Roundtables can register on-line at until October 14, The local competitions will be held October 15 thru December 30, –Unlimited number of teams per roundtable –Local competition set-up decided by Roundtable (1 day event or spread over time) –3 rounds to play Each Roundtable will select a Roundtable Global Challenge Team in January Roundtable Global Challenge Rounds –1 st Round February 2016 –2 nd Round March 2016 –3 rd Round April 2016 Final Challenge –3 Rounds for the three finalist teams played live at the 2016 Roundtable Leadership Forum

Participation Details Cost of competition: $1, per Roundtable –Includes unlimited local teams, as well as, the Roundtable Global Challenge Local competitions can be customized by each roundtable. Roundtable Global Challenge rounds will take approximately 4 weeks per round and will be played virtually. The top 3 scoring teams will be invited to the winner-takes-all Final Challenge! Each member of the winning team receives an all expense paid trip to CSCMP’s 2016 Annual Conference, where they will be recognized on stage.
