ISBO6 International Students’ Business Olympiad The Goal The International Students’ Business Olympiad [SBO] is the competition between the students with the purpose to promote business education and encourage successful youth. All the students of the Bachelor and Masters programs of any University of the world can participate in the project. The International Students’ Business Olympiad [ISBO] is the intellectual business competition of the ambitious and motivated individuals, who want to show themselves up, bring recognition to their lecturers and/or Universities and win respective prizes. B- STRAT – the strategic business simulation is the main engine of the competition.

The fist one was arranged in the fall of 2006; the second – spring 2007; the third – fall 2007; the fourth – fall 2008; the fifth – spring Based on the best experiences the students’ business Olympiad is going international with the sixth project.

ISBO6 International Students’ Business Olympiad What is so unique about ISBO? ISBO is International. Universities and students from different parts of the world will be involved. The event activities will heavily be promoted through internet-marketing tools whole English will be the main working language of the ISBO. All the materials as well as the communications will be done in English and in Georgian; ISBO is a pure Internet project. The initiative will last throughout The spring, summer and the fall stages will identify the winners. The elite round will be conducted in the fall semester of 2011;

ISBO6 International Students’ Business Olympiad What is so unique about ISBO? B-STRAT – the strategic business simulator is the engine of the competition. None of the persons evaluate the students or their work, no joint commission or anything like that, only B-STRAT computer program does. Students create their success themselves – do business in the simulated business world in order to win more virtual money and win the ISBO. Cash prize for the winner student – GEL Certificates will be issued for top 20 students, their lecturers, the best students from specific countries, universities, for the winners of mini website competitions, etc.; Mini web competitions will help to spread out the word;
