This is a type of part-time working. A full-time job is usually divided between two people who work at different times, although there may be a changeover period. A scheme that allows employees choose when they start and finish work, within certain limits agreed with employers. Found in industries such as clothing, footwear, motor, printing, plastics, engineering, electronics, knitwear, childcare and “the professions”; workers have more flexibility in location.
