Copies must be collated and stapled (or otherwise securely fastened);  Four (4) collated and stapled copies of Part IV: Abstract, Part VII: Budget, Part VIII: Budget Justification, Appendix A,: Two (2) Letters of Recommendation, Appendix H: Price Quotes, and Appendix I: Glossary.  Note: You are responsible for making the required copies of the application. The GSA staff will not be able to offer assistance or equipment for this. Incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed.
